1. Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and responsible Hotel Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Nagoya City, Japan.
The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and hygienic guest rooms while ensuring that hotel housekeeping standards are consistently met.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, including bed-making, bathroom cleaning, and toilet sanitation.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and other essential supplies.
- Inspect room equipment, furniture, and facilities for damage or maintenance issues.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of garbage according to hotel procedures.
- Perform light cleaning of common areas, including hallways and elevator surroundings.
- Conduct final inspections and report completed room-cleaning tasks.
- Follow hotel hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
3. Job Requirements
Visa Eligibility
- Must be eligible to work under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW / Tokutei Ginou) visa category.
- SSW Type 1 applicants must have at least 3 years and 6 months of remaining eligibility under the program.
Japanese Language Proficiency
- Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N3–N2.
- Must be able to communicate with hotel staff in Japanese regarding daily tasks and work instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physically active housekeeping duties.
- Responsible and reliable work attitude.
4. Salary and Allowances
Basic Monthly Salary: From ¥223,200
Additional Performance Allowance
- Additional allowances are available based on the number of guest rooms cleaned.
- Total monthly earnings may increase depending on individual productivity.
5. Accommodation Benefits
Company-arranged accommodation is available.
Accommodation Details
- Company-leased apartments for single employees.
- Private accommodation (one person per room).
- Employee’s monthly rental contribution: ¥20,000–¥30,000, depending on the apartment.
- Total apartment rental cost: Approximately ¥50,000–¥60,000 per month.
- Rental expenses are shared between the company and employee.

The position involves hotel housekeeping and guest room cleaning at the assigned workplace.
