CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY STAFF
Position: Construction Site Security Guard / Traffic Control Staff
Work Location: Tokyo, Japan
Employment Type: Part-Time / Shift-Based
Minimum Working Days: 3 Days per Week
1. Job Overview
We are hiring Construction Site Security Staff to assist with traffic control, pedestrian guidance, and safety management at construction sites in Tokyo.
Candidates must be available to work at least three days per week and possess basic conversational Japanese skills.
2. Job Responsibilities
- Direct and guide vehicles around construction sites.
- Assist pedestrians in safely passing through construction areas.
- Monitor and maintain safety around construction sites.
- Support traffic management and accident prevention.
- Perform other security and safety-related duties as assigned.
3. Job Requirements
- Must be available to work at least 3 days per week.
- Basic conversational Japanese proficiency is required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in everyday Japanese.
- Students are not eligible to apply.
4. Working Hours
Available Shifts:
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Break Time: 1 Hour
Important Notes:
- Employees will receive the full daily wage of ¥10,000 even if actual working hours are less than 8 hours.
- Overtime pay will be provided for work exceeding 8 hours per day.
5. Salary and Benefits
Daily Wage: ¥10,000 + Transportation Allowance
Joining Bonus: ¥100,000
- The joining bonus will be paid after completing 50 working days.

6. Work Location
Primary Location: Eastern Tokyo, Japan
- Assignments are mainly located in the eastern areas of Tokyo.
- Worksites are generally within a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station.
- Actual work locations may vary depending on project assignments.
7. Training Program
Training Duration: 3 Days
- 7 hours of training per day.
- Total Training Hours: 21 Hours.
- Training is paid.
- Employees will receive essential instruction on workplace safety, traffic guidance, and security procedures.
8. Salary Payment
- Salaries will be transferred directly to employees’ bank accounts.
- Overtime pay and applicable transportation allowances will be provided in accordance with company policies.
