JOB VACANCY – INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING STAFF
Position: Industrial Manufacturing Staff
Visa Type: Specified Skilled Worker (SSW / Tokutei Ginou)
Number of Vacancies: 40 Positions
Work Location: Soka First Factory, Soka City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan
1. Job Requirements
- Applicants must currently reside in Japan.
- Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N3 or above, or an equivalent level.
- Must currently hold a Specified Skilled Worker (SSW Type 1 / Tokutei Ginou 1-go) residence status.
- Must have at least 3 years of remaining eligibility under the SSW Type 1 program.

3. Job Responsibilities
- Assemble pneumatic control devices and related components.
- Perform machine processing and manufacturing operations.
- Handle product packaging and preparation.
- Assist with product transportation and material handling.
- Carry out other related manufacturing and factory duties as assigned.
4. Working Hours
Fixed Shift System
- Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
- Night Shift: 5:15 PM – 2:00 AM (Next Day)
- Break Time: 45 minutes per shift
Note: Employees cannot choose their preferred shift. Shift assignments will be determined by the company.
5. Holidays and Leave
- Sundays
- Japanese National Holidays
- Company-designated holidays
- Total Annual Holidays: 125 Days
- Paid annual leave will be granted in accordance with Japanese labor law after 6 months of continuous employment, provided attendance is at least 80%.
6. Salary and Compensation
Hourly Wage: Approximately ¥1,350
Without Overtime
- Gross Monthly Salary: Approximately ¥216,000
- Estimated Net Monthly Salary: Approximately ¥176,000
With Approximately 8 Hours of Overtime per Month
- Gross Monthly Salary: Approximately ¥229,500
- Estimated Net Monthly Salary: Approximately ¥187,500
Important Notes:
- Estimated net salaries include accommodation fee deductions.
- Utility expenses (electricity and water) are not included.
- No salary increments.
- No bonuses.
7. Accommodation
Company-arranged accommodation is available.
- Private room (one person per room)
- Air conditioning and refrigerator provided
- Monthly Accommodation Fee: ¥3,000
- Electricity and water expenses are the employee’s responsibility.
8. Transportation and Relocation Support
Commuting Options:
- Walking
- Company shuttle bus
- Train
Relocation Benefits:
- Transportation expenses incurred after job placement may be reimbursed upon submission of valid receipts.
- Shipping expenses for up to two cardboard boxes may be reimbursed with valid receipts.
Restrictions:
- Bicycle commuting is prohibited.
- The company does not provide rental bicycles.
- Employees may use bicycles during their personal time.
9. Workplace Facilities and Policies
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the factory premises.
- A designated prayer room is available.
- Employees must comply with company safety regulations and workplace policies.
10. Additional Expenses
- Visa-related stamp fees must be paid by the employee.
- Return airfare to the employee’s home country is not provided by the company.
11. Recruitment and Selection Process
Step 1: Document Screening
Step 2: BCB Interview (1 Round)
Step 3: Company Interview (1 Round)
Total Interviews: 2 Rounds
12. Employment Contract
- Initial Contract Duration: 1 year from the employment start date.
- Contract Renewal: Possible, subject to employee performance and the company’s business conditions.
- Maximum Employment Period: Up to 5 years in total under the applicable SSW Type 1 framework.
13. Expected Joining Date
Immediate or flexible joining is available.
The actual starting date will be arranged depending on the applicant’s residence status approval and necessary immigration procedures.
