Position: Mobile Phone Sales & Retail Staff

1. Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Mobile Phone Sales & Retail Staff at major electronics retailers, mobile phone shops, and telecommunications stores throughout Japan.

This is a fully indoor, store-based position focused on selling smartphones, mobile devices, and telecommunications products and services.

The position offers opportunities for professional development, career advancement, and skill enhancement in sales, staff training, store operations, and management.

2. Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell smartphones, mobile devices, and telecommunications services.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile devices and service plans.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service packages.
• Provide customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on the latest smartphone technology and telecommunications trends.
• Support daily store operations and sales activities.
• Participate in staff training, educational support, and management-related activities as assigned.

3. Job Requirements

Japanese Language Proficiency

JLPT N2 Level:

• Applicants must have graduated from a Japanese language school or university in Japan.
• At least 2 years of work experience after graduation is required.

JLPT N1 Level:

• Applicants without previous work experience are also eligible to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in smartphones, technology, and telecommunications services.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

4. Salary and Benefits

Salary: Varies depending on the assigned work location and employment conditions.

Bonuses:

• Paid twice per year.
• Previous year’s record: 2 bonus payments, equivalent to approximately 1–2 months of salary annually.

Salary Increments:

• Salary reviews and potential increases twice per year.

Available Locations: 46 Prefectures Across Japan

• Nationwide placement opportunities.
